- assert require active_support alone leaves ActiveSupport::TimeZone and ActiveSupport::TimeWithZone undefined and does not add Time.zone, Time.find_zone, or Time.current
- assert require active_support/time alone defines the time-zone constants and Time helpers but leaves ActiveSupport::IsolatedExecutionState undefined, so assigning Time.zone raises NameError for that constant
