browserslist.parseConfig(configString) parses multi-environment config text into section maps, stripping comments and empty lines
browserslist.parseConfig('') on empty or comment-only string returns an object with an empty defaults array
browserslist.findConfig(dir) discovers .browserslistrc files and returns structured section mappings
browserslist.findConfig(dir) discovers package.json browserslist array configurations and wraps them under defaults
browserslist.findConfig(dir) returns undefined when no configuration file exists in the directory tree
browserslist.loadConfig({ path, env }) selects queries for the specified environment, defaulting to production
