コントラクト

  1. CacheableRequest constructor requires a function for request parameter
  2. CacheableRequest exposes RequestError and CacheError error classes
  3. First request fetches from origin server and caches response
  4. Second identical request returns response from cache without origin server request
  5. forceRefresh option bypasses cache and fetches fresh response from origin
