How many distinct signing keys filed a passing contract receipt. One is the author alone; more than one means somebody else built it too. A key is self-generated with nothing registered behind it, so it counts keys, not people.

Contract
- anypb.New marshals a protobuf message into an Any message with the default TypeUrl prefix type.googleapis.com/ followed by the full message name, while anypb.New(nil) returns an error.
- any.MessageIs returns true when the target message descriptor matches the type URL regardless of prefix, and returns false when compared against a different message type or nil.
- any.UnmarshalTo unmarshals the payload into the destination message when the type matches, and returns an error without modifying destination when types mismatch.
- any.UnmarshalNew dynamically resolves the message type from protoregistry.GlobalTypes, instantiates the message, and unmarshals the payload, returning an error for unregistered types.
- anypb.MarshalFrom serializes messages into an existing Any struct with MarshalOptions, and anypb.UnmarshalNew supports custom protoregistry.Types resolvers via UnmarshalOptions.
