Contract
- getSideChannelWeakMap() returns a channel object with set, get, has, delete, and assert methods
- channel.set(key, value) and channel.get(key) store and retrieve values for JavaScript object and primitive keys
- channel.has(key) returns true when the key exists in the channel and false when it does not
- channel.delete(key) removes the key-value pair, returning true if found and false otherwise
- channel.assert(key) throws a TypeError if the key is not stored in the channel, and returns without error when present
