컨트랙트
- ArgParser.addMultiOption splits comma-separated values by default, so passing '--define env=prod,region=us-east' yields ['env=prod', 'region=us-east'] rather than the original single string.
- Setting splitCommas: false for addMultiOption preserves '--define env=prod,region=us-east' as one list entry.
