Contrato
- assert liberal_parsing: true preserves backslash-escaped quotes literally whereas liberal_parsing: {backslash_quote: true} unescapes them
- assert CSV::Row#to_h resolves duplicate headers with first-wins semantics whereas standard Ruby row.to_a.to_h resolves with last-wins
- assert delimiter whitespace is preserved by default causing header lookups to fail unless strip: true is explicitly enabled
- assert quote_empty: true serializes empty string as quoted "" and nil as unquoted so CSV.parse_line faithfully round-trips both types
- assert converters: :time parses ISO timestamps into Time instances whereas converters: :date_time parses into legacy DateTime instances
