• DriverManager::getConnection() throws DriverRequired when passed a raw 'url' parameter without driver or DsnParser
• Connection::executeQuery() throws MissingNamedParameter if named parameter keys include a leading colon ':'
• Connection query and execution methods throw TypeError if passed integer type constants instead of ParameterType or ArrayParameterType enums
• ArrayParameterType::INTEGER expands array values in IN (?) clauses and safely converts empty arrays [] to IN (NULL)
• Connection::fetchOne() returns null when a column is SQL NULL but returns false when no matching row exists
• Connection::fetchAssociative() returns false on missing rows while fetchAllAssociative() and fetchFirstColumn() return empty arrays []
• Connection::insert, update, and delete return the integer count of affected rows
