• assert table[col_name] performs column-mode indexing returning an Array across all rows
• assert table.to_a prepends the header row at index 0 rather than returning only data rows
• assert CSV.generate with headers: [...] omits the header line unless write_headers: true is passed
• assert CSV.generate appending a Hash requires headers: option and matches key types strictly
• assert CSV::Row with header_converters: :symbol does not support indifferent string key access
• assert unquoted empty fields parse as nil whereas quoted empty fields parse as empty string
