Contract
- pgx.CopyFromRows creates a CopyFromSource that iterates sequentially over row slices and yields each row's values
- pgx.CopyFromRows handles empty input rows slice with immediate false from Next and nil error
- pgx.CopyFromSlice generates rows dynamically by invoking generator callback with index from 0 to length - 1
- pgx.CopyFromSlice records generator callback error and halts iteration
