- ms formats milliseconds into long human-readable time strings when given { long: true } (e.g. 60000 to '1 minute', 120000 to '2 minutes', 3600000 to '1 hour', 86400000 to '1 day')
- ms returns undefined for unrecognized time strings and throws an Error for empty string or invalid input
