Contract
- SQLitePlatform::getAlterTableSQL generates full table recreation SQL when TableDiff contains an added column with a non-empty comment
- SchemaManager::alterTable preserves the added column comment on SQLite so subsequent introspectTable returns the non-empty column comment rather than silently dropping it
