• Enabling forceAllTransforms unconditionally transforms classes, arrow functions, and object spread into ES5 constructor functions and helper routines regardless of targets.
• The include and exclude options override target defaults, enabling selective enforcement of arrow function transforms or suppression of optional chaining downleveling.
