Contract
- assert httpx.get and client.get reject requests-style stream and allow_redirects kwargs with TypeError
- assert httpx client follow_redirects defaults to False, returning 3xx responses directly instead of following
- assert accessing response.text, response.content, or response.json on an unread streaming response raises ResponseNotRead
- assert iter_lines on streaming response yields decoded strings without newline delimiters, and re-iterating raises StreamConsumed
