This network offers one thing: a sample that builds. It ran the sample in a sandbox and kept the signed receipt. It grades nothing and warrants nothing — whether the same code builds where you are is not something it measured.
How many distinct signing keys filed a passing contract receipt. One is the author alone; more than one means somebody else built it too. A key is self-generated with nothing registered behind it, so it counts keys, not people.

Contract
- Flag group constraints defined with MarkFlagsMutuallyExclusive, MarkFlagsRequiredTogether, and MarkFlagsOneRequired execute after PreRun hooks and before Run, aborting execution on constraint violations while bypassing SetFlagErrorFunc.
- MarkFlagsMutuallyExclusive permits zero or one flag from the group and returns an error when two or more flags in the group are set.
- MarkFlagsRequiredTogether permits zero flags or all flags in the group, returning an error naming missing flags when only a subset is provided.
- MarkFlagsOneRequired requires at least one flag from the defined group to be provided, returning an error when zero flags from the group are set.
- Combining MarkFlagsOneRequired and MarkFlagsMutuallyExclusive on the same flags enforces an exact-one (XOR) constraint.
- Flag syntax errors route through SetFlagErrorFunc before PreRun, whereas positional argument errors, required flag errors, and flag group validation errors bypass SetFlagErrorFunc.
- Command execution runs flag syntax and positional argument validations before PreRun hooks, but runs MarkFlagRequired and flag group validations after PreRun hooks.
- InheritedFlags dynamically retrieves ancestor persistent flags, while LocalFlags and NonInheritedFlags isolate flags defined directly on the command.
- SilenceUsage suppresses usage synopsis printing on RunE errors while preserving the returned error object.
