  1. pgx.CopyFromRows initializes a CopyFromSource from slice of row values
  2. pgx.CopyFromRows Next and Values iterate through all rows in order
  3. pgx.CopyFromSlice wraps slice length and row mapping function
  4. pgx.CopyFromSlice correctly maps index to row values during Next iteration
  5. pgx.CopyFromSlice returns false on Next when reaching end of slice with nil Err
  6. pgx.StrictNamedArgs stores named parameters for parameterized queries
