  1. pgx.CollectRows iterates through rows and collects mapped elements into a slice using RowToFunc
  2. pgx.CollectRows automatically closes rows upon completion or error
  3. pgx.CollectRows collects structs with pgx.RowToStructByName and maps with pgx.RowToMap
  4. pgx.CollectOneRow returns the first mapped row and returns pgx.ErrNoRows for empty rows
  5. pgx.CollectExactlyOneRow returns pgx.ErrTooManyRows when more than one row is present
  6. sample helpers provide typed row collection into slices, structs, maps, and single values
