  1. import mergeProcessCovs and cloneProcessCov from @bcoe/v8-coverage
  2. merge multiple V8 ProcessCov reports containing multiple scripts and functions
  3. assert script URLs are matched and scriptId values are normalized sequentially
  4. assert execution counts for corresponding function root and branch ranges are summed across runs
  5. assert scripts unique to a single run are preserved in the merged ProcessCov output
