Contract
- assert relative script_location resolves against cwd instead of ini file unless %(here)s is used
- assert legacy version_locations splits on spaces and fragments directory paths without version_path_separator=os
- assert connection passed to MigrationContext.configure silently takes precedence over url
- assert version_locations passed to EnvironmentContext.configure does not modify ScriptDirectory revisions
